got a 2% raise last year. inflation was 6%. I took a pay cut by having a job.
the 'we really value your contribution' delivered right before the no-raise news is a bit
inflation for rent: allowed. inflation for wages: 'we hear you but.'
this is the most relatable thing I've read today
the worst part is there's no one to complain to about it
paying a 'convenience fee' to pay online for something that has no offline payment option
streaming services raise prices every 6 months and have fewer shows worth watching each time
grocery prices up 40%. portion sizes quietly down 20%. neither is apparently inflation.
